Please read our Policy relating to Cancellation, Return, Refund and Replacement.
The following terms and conditions shall apply to all cancellations of orders, refunds, returns and replacements of products featured in Flashlight Center.com and any accompanying gift items where applicable.
At FlashlightCenter.com, all items are thoroughly checked for quality and completeness before shipment. Minor enhancements or changes to design and specification may occur from time to time without notice.
Any request for cancellation, return, refund or replacement will be carefully considered. If approved, we will initiate a replacement or a full refund of the price of the product(s) purchased, as the case may be.
All refunds or replacements will only be made after receipt of original item(s). We reserve the right to determine the Return and Replacement Condition of the item(s) returned. Flashlightcenter.com shall not be responsible for any item(s) returned but not received by it.
You are advised to check the item(s) upon receipt against the Packing Invoice and inform us as soon as possible of any damage. Defective products upon shipment are eligible for a full refund of the price of the item(s) or a replacement if we are informed via email within 14 days of your receipt.
Upon approval and receipt of the defective original merchandise, appropriate replacement(s) will be shipped by freight carrier, unless you request an enhanced shipping option such as air courier delivery in which case you will be charged for the cost of the upgraded service. Advance replacement is available but must be paid for in full before the shipment of such replacement.
All returns should be sent with prepaid shipping to the appropriate address as per the Return Request Form upon request from our Customer Service via email at support#flashlightcenter.com. All return packages must state on the original shipping box a brief description of the product defect(s) inside.
Please allow about 14 business days for receipt of returned item(s) and processing the refund or replacement.
Please take note that we do not provide any repair services.
